Fishing Has No Boundaries® Colorado Springs Chapter 2017 11th Annual Fishing Event Who: Persons with disabilities, friends, family, and attendants What: One day event PACKED with fun, fishing, boating, raffles, prizes, and eating! When: June 24, 2017 Saturday – Registration starts at 7:30am Fishing is from 9:00am –1:00pm Shore Lunch, Awards, Silent Auction, and Raffle 1:00pm – 3:00pm Live Entertainment provided by the 7 Piece Band VEHICLE 12:00pm 2:30 and 5:00 – 9:00pm Beer and Light Snacks Available During the evening show. Deadline for Participant registration is June 10, 2017 Where: Eleven Mile State Park – Meet at 11 Mile Sports & Marina Why: To open the world of fishing to people of all abilities! Provided: Rods, reels, life vests, adaptive fishing equipment, bait, fish cleaning, boats, pontoons, guides and lunch!! Join us for a day of fun, fishing and camaraderie! Cost: per participant, per friend, family or attendant. A limited number of scholarships are available. (Limit one attendant per participant due to capacity. Are there scholarships available? Yes, there are a limited number of scholarships available.  We invite our Military personnel with disabilities to participate at no cost. Please call or email Cheryl for details. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Each individual or group is responsible for their own transportation to the event.   Is my registration/ticket transferrable? No it is not. Can I update my registration information? Yes, please see contact list for specific individual email addresses.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, or bring a copy of it on your smart phone. What is the refund policy? Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event. Late arrivals may result in losing assigned boat. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? No, the individuals name must appear on the registration. Can I register more than one person? Yes you can, you just need to enter the number of tickets needed and fill out the required information. Do I need a fishing license to participate? Anyone 16 and older must have a license to fish. However, there is a lifetime free fishing license available.
