Event on 2016-01-29 18:00:00
Did you know that 65% of divorces happen to children under the age of six? Divorce or separation is never easy, especially for children who love both parents but are caught in the middle.  Earn your court-approved Co-Parenting Certification in just 2 days and discover the tools to get the peace and safety your children deserve today!  Divorcing parents, previously divorced parents who are changing custody agreements, never-married parents, step-parents, grandparents, educators, social workers and legal guardians are all encouraged to attend!  SPIRITT'S Co-Parenting Certification program is a 2-Day certification to meet court mandated requirements in high conflict divorces and child custody cases. Elkin’s Law (AB939 and AB 1050) of Jan 1, 2012, requires that parents show “relevant and competent evidence on material issues"….related to co-parenting.   Our Co-Parenting Certification program is a well-researched, in-depth and effective course designed as a fast-track, interactive program to satisfy court requirements and help you strengthen your co-parenting skills for your children's wellbeing.   SPIRITT is a premier non-profit organization providing critical social services to strengthen families. At the Co-Parenting Center, we are dedicated to helping families deal with divorce, separation and/or custody matters through peaceful parenting.   FAQs What are the class dates and times?  Friday 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Both days must be attended.  Arrive early on Friday, no later than 5:45 p.m. Traffic is heavy Friday night, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive on time!
