To help you achieve this, Oracle has developed Employee Experience Journey Mapping (EXJM). It’s a methodology based on the very successful customer experience journey mapping (CXJM) methodology. The objective is to deliver a better employee and candidate experience to improve engagement, productivity, performance, and competitiveness. This hands-on crash course showcases this step-by-step process for mapping the journey your employees have with your organisation and delivering the right experience to influence the attitudes that will ultimately drive the outcome you desire. The session is the best 3 hours you can spend to go from thought leadership to action leadership in Employee experience. Coach Andy Campbell, HCM Strategy Director, Oracle Andy has been at Oracle for 18 years. In his role as HCM Strategy Director he manages our HR research programme and leads our thought leadership activity in EMEA. He also works closely with strategic customers to explore the opportunities offered by leading-edge HR solutions. He was previously responsible for delivering significant business transformation programmes in the UK and EMEA, across a variety of industry sectors. Prior to joining Oracle, Andy was Head of Management Development for a leading UK retailer.
