This is a meet-up group initiated by “AI2 Fellowship Program”, for Stanford students, Silicon Valley engineers and entrepreneurs, to learn more about the technological advancements and application of artificial intelligence. This is the second event of this month, and we proudly present "The Future of Smart Vehicle", focusing on Autonomous driving, machine learning, and design. This event is co-hosted with American Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers.    Dr. Huican Zhu from Amino Capital will give welcome remarks as the board member of AI^2.    Yuan Jia from TOTVS Labs, leads a UX team and will discuss why UX matters, how UX adapts to AI, self-driving, and connected vehicle, and what’s the trend of UX in automotive industry.   Robby autonomous delivery robots co-founder, Dr. Rui Li, will focus on computer vision, machine learning and robots.    Dr. Junli Gu, Tech lead for machine learning at Tesla, shares her vision on machine learning trends.   ## Please click here if you would like to apply for a free table for your demo.   Agenda:    1pm-1:30pm: Demo Table Setup Starts   1:30pm- 2pm: Mixer and Demo Tables   2pm – 3:30pm:  • Presentations• Panel discussion• Q&A  3:30pm-4pm: Wind down   Speakers' Bio:    Huican Zhu, PhD (Amino Capital, early Googler starting in 2000)   Dr. Huican Zhu is Founding Partner at Amino Capital. He got his B.E degree at Sun Yat-sen University, M.S degree at National Academy of Science and PhD degree at University of California, Santa Barbara. He is the pioneer at Google image search, and the first Senior Chinese Engineer and Senior Manager at Google and has received highly praise for his excellent computer vision research capability. Huican went to Google at 2000 and took responsibility of many kinds of significant Google researches. At Google, Huican left and spent two years at Tencent during 2010-2012 to be the Chief Architect and General Manager of Infrastructure. Huican has a strong academic reputation, and his research results have over 12,000 citations. Dr. Zhu is currently a board member of MaxFun, Weee, Yiqixie, and Evertoon.    Yuan Jia   She leads a UX team at TOTVS Labs in Mountain View, CA. Before, she worked as a UX researcher at Walmart labs and Fossil Group in U.S., SAAB in Sweden, and Bitauto in China. She has a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at Indiana University, School of Informatics and Computing. She has a Master degree in HCI from Uppsala University in Sweden and a Bachelor in Software Engineering at Nankai University in China. With a strong background in psychology of UX, Yuan’s research focus on how people interact with technology and uncovering users’ motivation and underlying needs. Her research has been published in top conferences and journals in the field of Human Factor.   Rui Li, Ph.D   Co-Founder and CEO at Robby Technologies   He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.  His interests and passion lie in the areas of robotics, computer vision and machine learning, as well as many other enabling technologies that may shape people's lives with a positive impact.  Robby Technologies is building a fleet of autonomous mobile robots that deliver things to your doorstep, at a very low cost with high efficiency   Junli Gu, Ph.D   Tech Lead for Machine Learning at Tesla.    She is an expert in applying machine learning to solve autonomous driving problem. She holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Tsinghua University.
